Rimports is currently seeking an individual for the role of Fragrance Manager at our Provo, Utah location. This individual will be our expert in fragrance, a student of consumer and market trends, a key partner to the team, and a leader of future initiatives.

This role will report to the General Manager.

Essential Functions:

• Be the subject matter expert on home fragrance, consumer trends, in-market performance, and all things related to fragrance.
• Collaborate with various fragrance house vendors to develop and evaluate new fragrances for everyday and seasonal items.
• Develop trend-forward concepts for existing and new fragrance product lines including unique fragrances, creative names, and eye-catching graphics.
• Work with internal cross-functional teams to develop and launch products across a spectrum from line extensions to new product lines to white space innovation.
• Be able to write and present portions of customer presentations with the ability to translate fragrance for any audience.
• Evaluate in-market performance of various items to provide key feedback on products and inform new strategies for the future.
• Help make consumers' lives better by creating products that deliver a captivating fragrance experience and exceed expectations for fragrance profile and strength.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position has limited supervisory requirements but will be an informal cross-functional leader.

Qualifications (Education, Experience, Program knowledge):

Preferred Qualifications (if applicable):

• Experience or aptitude in the world of fragrance
• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field

Additional Eligibility Requirements:

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and pass pre-employment drug test & background check.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

Full-time exempt position, mostly in-office, 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday 8 - 5 pm). Hybrid is an option.

Travel:

5-10 percent
