Overview:
We are seeking a versatile and proactive team member to fulfill the roles of Customer Service Manager and Accounting Clerk within our organization. This individual will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer service while also maintaining accurate financial records.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Customer Service Manager:**
- Oversee customer service operations, maintaining a high standard of professionalism and responsiveness.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage memberships, cancellations, complaints, and claims of damages, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain digital copies of signed agreements and manage customer data in various POS systems.
- Coordinate text message programs to facilitate communication with customers.
- Develop and implement procedures to improve customer service management and communication.
**Accounting Clerk:**
- Handle various accounting duties, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and maintaining financial records.
- Ensure compliance with 1099 requirements and maintain accurate records.
- Match invoices with proof of deliveries and reconcile discrepancies.
- Establish and maintain a purchase order system to track expenses and purchases.
- Organize and maintain a digital filing system for all financial documents.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in customer service and accounting roles preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Pay scales are approximate and may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and location. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to both customer service and accounting functions within our organization.
