Job Description:
  • Provide support for the development of all initial and planning documentation such as charter, implementation plan and any other requirements to bring the ongoing project up to speed.
  • Provide support for a project (or multiple projects) to achieve the Office of IT- Program Office’s vision, which includes leading a team and performing liaison activities with AIT upper management and stakeholders.
  • Provide support to manage infrastructure, version control and IT, which entails resource allocation for successful completion of program objectives.
  • Provide planning support to orchestrate projects, resources, timescales, monitoring and control.
  • Provide support to manage the improvement of ongoing performance assessment(s), research and development of new capabilities, and systematically apply knowledge for program success.
  • Provide support to manage alignment of top-down vision, goals and objectives from business strategy flowing through to successful completion of projects for program objectives.
  • Provide quality assurance to include checks and balances for compliance with standards and vision alignment.
  • Provide support to regularly review for accountability and successful management of project and stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s required degree 15 relevant years Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent project or program management certification is required.
  • PM skills in an IT functional Area.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust requirements. Additionally, knowledge of IPv6 protocol would be good to have.
  • Capable of communicating and facilitating discussions between security and network SMEs.
  • Capable of creating presentations and presenting to executive-level audiences.
  • Excellent writing skills.
