```Duties```
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing maintenance and repair tasks
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and address them promptly
- Coordinate with other departments to prioritize maintenance activities and minimize downtime
- Oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory

```Experience```
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management
- Strong knowledge of low voltage electrical systems, logic controllers, and mechanical systems
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical manuals
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
