```Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Auto Body Technician / painter to join our team at Rightway Automotive Credit . As an Auto Body Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical knowledge and a passion for working on cars. We are a flat rate shop.

Duties:

- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs, including bodywork, painting, and assembly

- Assess vehicle damage and develop repair plans

- Remove damaged parts and replace with new ones

- Repair dents, scratches, and other cosmetic damage

- Use power tools and equipment to complete repairs

- Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and customer satisfaction

- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Requirements:

- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role

- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems

- Ability to read and interpret repair manuals and technical specifications

- Proficient in using power tools and equipment

- Knowledge of airless paint spraying, welding, soldering, and sheet metal work

- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Strong communication and customer service abilities

Pay: $45,000.00 - $86,723.00 per year
