We are looking for Manufacturing Operators in Houston, TX who will be responsible for setting up, monitoring and operating Tape line/s and general setup. Will perform quality assurance activities. If you are interested and qualified, APPLY NOW!

Work Schedule:

Work hours: 5PM-5AM and 5AM-5PM

Workdays: Mon - Fri (OT on weekends contingent on business needs - voluntary)

Responsibilities:

• Setting up, monitoring and operating Tape line/s and other pieces of equipment under direct supervision associated with the manufacturing facility requirements.
• Performing Tape Head operation, cleaning, and general setup, which includes loading and unloading products and devices in Work Center.
• Following safety guidelines and quality standards in accordance with Job Safety Analysis (JSA), production schedule, setup instructions, and quality specs.
• Performing quality assurance activities required by manufacturing/engineering specifications, quality assurance, and ISO requirements.
• Training and assisting other employees as necessary.
• Following verbal and written instructions, maintaining accurate records, and performing other duties as required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-year minimum previous manufacturing or shop experience.
• Be able to read and interpret routine instructions.
• Be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Have good mechanical aptitude, use of general hand tools and precision measuring equipment.
• Have good communication skills, safety oriented and a team player.
• Be flexible and possess the ability to follow work center guidelines.
