Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual Mortgage Production Assistant with NMLS certification to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of prior experience in the mortgage industry and must be customer service focused.

Responsibilities:

• Assist Mortgage Loan Officers in the origination process from application to closing.
• Collect and verify borrower information, including income, assets, and liabilities.
• Prepare loan files for underwriting review.
• Communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and gather necessary documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan process.

Requirements:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• NMLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in the mortgage industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• This is an IN-OFFICE position in San Antonio, TX.
