Right Now Cleaning & Restoration is Hiring a Cleaning Technician Near Great Falls, MT

Job Brief:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Cleaning Tech to join our cleaning company. The Cleaning Technician will be responsible for cleaning our client’s homes and business properties in a professional and timely manner. We want our Cleaning Technicians to know the proper administration of cleaning chemicals and the effective methods to perform cleaning tasks correctly. As our company’s Cleaning Technician, your essential duties will involve sanitizing, disinfecting, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, etc., all assigned areas of client property.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work independently and follow instructions. You must maintain a respectful and honest manner as you are a representative of our company. You must perform all tasks assigned to you and be physically capable of performing light to strenuous labor.

Responsibilities for Cleaning Technician:

Commercial Cleaning

o Empty trash and recycling receptacles into the appropriate waste bins and ensure that receptacles are kept clean and free of smell.

o Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean when necessary.

o Sweep, mop, and polish floors using the appropriate cleaning supplies.

o Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard to reach places.

o Wash windows, mirrors and glass surfaces and ensure they are free of streaks.

o Clean and disinfect restrooms and ensure that soap and paper dispensers are well-stocked.

o Disinfect touch points.

o Follow provided Cleaning Checklists and ensure all tasks are completed satisfactorily.

Residential Cleaning

o Vacuum all carpeted areas and spot clean when necessary.

o Sweep, mop, and polish floors using the appropriate cleaning supplies.

o Clean and dust furniture, ledges, light fixtures, and other hard to reach places.

o Wash windows, mirrors and glass surfaces and ensure they are free of streaks.

o Clean and disinfect restrooms.

o Clean kitchen, including appliances.

o Spot wash walls or full wall wash depending on job.

o Follow provided Cleaning Checklists and ensure all tasks are completed satisfactorily.

Additional Job Responsibilities:

o Maintain cleanliness of company vehicles.

o Regularly clean vacuums and filters.

o Complete regular vehicle maintenance and submit Maintenance Forms when needed.

o Maintain organization of shop.

o Take inventory of cleaning supplies and materials and submit Supply Request Forms when needed.

o Inform Office Administrator of anything that is broken or not functioning correctly so that the issue is resolved promptly.

o Performs other related duties as assigned.

o Trash removal services.

o Assist with Carpet Cleaning when needed.

o Assist with Restoration when needed.

Qualifications for Cleaning Technician:

o Capable of following instructions and learning new techniques.

o Strong time management skills to ensure all work is completed by the end of shift.

o Demonstrate an understanding of standard cleaning supplies and equipment.

o Self-starter who takes the initiative to determine and complete necessary tasks, even with minimal supervision.

o Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

o Possess a strong attention to detail.

o Must be able to pass a background check.

Physical Work Requirements:

o Must be physically capable of performing 8 hours of physical work each day.

o Able to lift up to 20 pounds for short periods of time.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
