Responsibilities:- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
- Conduct regular training sessions for customer service representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Monitor customer service metrics and prepare reports for management on a regular basis to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Handle escalated customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve overall customer service efficiency
- 3 years of experience in customer service management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
