Job Summary
Right Hand Home Care LLC is looking for an experienced In Home Caregiver to provide personalized care to our clients in their own homes. This position is part-time and has flexible hours, with weekly pay. The position is based in Nashville, Tennessee.
Compensation & Benefits
This position is an hourly position with a base rate of $15 to $18 per hour, weekly pay.
Responsibilities
• Provide personalized home care, including housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and mobility assistance
• Assist with caring for clients according to instructions and safety standards
• Provide compassionate companionship and emotional support to clients
• Keep detailed records related to overall patient care
• Communicate effectively with client families and other health professionals
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of home health experience
• Valid CPR and first aid certification preferred but not nessary 
• Ability to follow instructions correctly
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety and infection control protocols
• Flexibility to work additional hours
