THE DAY-TO-DAY

  • 8 - 10 hour shifts
  • Be calm and composed with patients ensuring they are comfortable throughout the journey
  • Each vehicle will consist of a driver and a co-driver
  • Communicate with the dispatcher actively for trips and other information
  • Vehicle will be parked and cleaned and the end of shift ensuring it will be ready for the next day

Our ideal candidate will have relevant experience with the following requirements:

- Valid and clean driver's license

- EMT certification or a minimum 5 years of patient care experience

- Great communication skills and the ability to work with a team

- Obtain CPR Certification

- GPS/Maps knowledge

- Pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities:

- Collect their daily pick-up route from the dispatcher

- Ensure vehicle is clean and ready and perform mechanical checks

- Provide door to door assistance to our clients in a safe and professional manner

- Ensures that patients being transported adhere to safety belt use, as required by law

- Bring to the attention of the supervisor any mechanical problems associated with company assigned vehicle as soon as these become evident

- Following CDC Covid guidelines, masks are required at all times, gloves required during patient handling and sanitizing of vehicles after each drop-off

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
