Recruiting Coordinator

Right at Home provides in-home care for seniors and disabled adults. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. The company is based in Waldorf, Maryland. We seek a creative, passionate, and enthusiastic Caregiver Recruiting and Retention Coordinator to give our new and existing clients and caregivers the best possible experience.

The candidate will work in the Homecare Services division to address, resolve and close any issues. In addition, you'll ensure that our clients and caregivers are supported. We are stronger together, and you'll help us achieve the best version of ourselves.

Responsibilities:

  • Intro and check-in calls with new caregivers and clients
  • Mental check-in calls with caregivers and document the results
  • Analyze caregiver and client behavior
  • Develop aggressive retention strategies based on caregiver and client feedback
  • Meeting with the Homecare Services team to propose customer retention solutions
  • Negotiate with caregivers to maintain employment and retain business with clients
  • Maintain integrity in every interaction with caregivers and clients
  • Maintain documentation of associate work records in WellSky and ensure current and complete personnel records for all homecare associates
  • Conduct caregiver appreciation calls
  • Follow up and loop closure with any issues
  • Keep track of the birthdays and anniversaries of caregivers and clients
  • Provide superior customer service and quality home care
  • Assist the HR Coordinator with making outbound recruiting calls to effectively source, screen, and attract new caregiver talent into the organization
  • Assist with interviewing, screening, and testing applicants as needed
  • Participate in running recruiting events/job fairs
  • Answer telephone, direct calls, and takes messages using good telephone technique
  • Greet and assist everyone who comes into the office in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail
  • Perform caregiver interviews and provide results to the Homecare Services team
  • Brainstorm ideas, participate in training sessions, and attend all meetings
  • Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience
  • Complete special projects as assigned

Additional (non-essential) Functions

1. Promotes agency to the community, participating in community programs with other professionals

2. Represent the agency before the public as required

3. The position may be remote but some in-office hours will be required

4. Other duties as assigned

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
