Job Description: We are currently looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as PRN Home Health Aids/Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will have a significant impact on improving the lives of seniors by providing them with assistance and support in their daily living activities. Your responsibilities will encompass offering companionship care, accompanying clients on outings, preparing meals, performing light housekeeping, and running errands. It is important to note that Caregivers do not provide medical, nursing, or skilled services.

We offer competitive pay ranging from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, along with paid travel time between clients and mileage reimbursement. Additionally, we cover all pre-employment costs such as TB tests, Fingerprint Cards, and CPR/First Aid classes. You will have access to mobile clock-in/out, receive personal protective equipment (PPE), and benefit from paid training and development through our online learning system. We also provide on-the-job training to help you handle unique client situations. Qualifications:

• High school diploma and/or a G.E.D. certificate
• Successful completion of a written Competency Evaluation at Orientation
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English (with or without reasonable accommodations)
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodations)
• Current and valid driver's license and the ability to operate a vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations (with or without reasonable accommodations)
