Job Responsibilities:
· Personal hygiene care
· Ambulation/transfers
· Assist with meal prep and feeding
· Accompanying client on errands or medical appointments
· Light housekeeping
· Medication reminders
Schedule:
· Full time and part time hours available / Monday-Friday and weekends
· Mornings, afternoons, evenings, and overnights
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
· High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
· 1 years of experience as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities) preferred
· Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
· Possess a smartphone to download app for clocking in and out
· All new hires must successfully pass background check in the Illinois Healthcare Worker Registry
