We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, helping them with daily tasks and ensuring their well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
```Responsibilities```
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Monitor and report changes in client's health or behavior
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and organizing
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary
- Escort clients to appointments or social activities
- Implement behavior management techniques when needed
- Provide dementia care for clients with memory impairments
```Requirements```
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields such as social work or nursing home settings is preferred
- Knowledge of ADLs and experience assisting with personal care tasks
- Familiarity with first aid procedures and ability to respond to emergencies
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain client confidentiality
- Ability to adapt to different care settings and work with diverse populations
- Patience, empathy, and compassion for individuals in need of care
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
