Job Description: We are seeking a compassionate and professional In-Home Care Provider to join our team in Grand Island, Nebraska. This role is vital in making a difference in our clients' lives by providing them with personal care, companionship, and support within the comfort and safety of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Help with mobility and transfers, including lifting and assisting overweight clients comfortably and safely.
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities that enrich the clients' lives.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, and needs.
  • Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Must be compassionate, reliable, and committed to providing high-quality care.
  • Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Must be comfortable with lifting and transferring overweight clients, with a focus on safety and dignity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must pass a background check.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
