As an HCA with Right at Home Northwest, you will have the opportunity to provide care and support for our clients in the comfort of their own homes. We offer flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and ongoing training and support to help you develop your skills and advance in your career.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide compassionate and respectful personal care services, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
-Assist with mobility and transferring activities
-Support clients with medication reminders and meal preparation
-Provide light housekeeping and laundry services
-Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care team members
-Maintain accurate records of care services provided
Qualifications:
-Current Washington State HCA certification
-Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
-Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
