Job Description: As an In-Home Care Professional, you will assist our clients with their daily activities and contribute to their health, safety, and general wellbeing. Working closely with clients and their families, you will play a vital role in making a positive impact on their lives.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Help with mobility and physical therapies/exercises.
• Prepare meals considering dietary needs and preferences.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and Laundry.
• Provide companionship and maintain a positive, nurturing environment.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health-related symptoms or changes.
• Maintain detailed records of client’s condition, activities, and progress.
• Communicate regularly with family members and healthcare professionals.
• Ensure adherence to all professional, ethical, and safety standards.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; certification in first aid and CPR preferred.
• Proven experience as a caregiver or relevant health care experience.
• Empathy and the ability to care for the client’s social, emotional, and physical needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a background check and drug screening.
