In this home care role, candidate will be responsible for following up with new client leads, meeting with potential new clients and doing community outreach.
Essential Functions of Client Care Coordinator:
- Answer inside sales calls for home care clients
- Respond to all new client leads
- Follow up with client prospects for new home care services
- Conduct consultations with new clients
- Post on Social Media to increase SEO
- Work with corporate web associate to increase SEO
- Manage email campaigns
- Provide information and education to healthcare professionals, facilities, organizations and consumers regarding services offered
- Conduct quality assurance calls to maintain client satisfaction
- Represent the agency at health fairs, community functions, and participate in community events appropriate for promotion of the agency
- Provide regular reporting to management on sales metrics
Qualifications of Client Care Coordinator:
- 1 years of demonstrated experience in sales, marketing in the areas of home care, hospice or healthcare
- Excellent communication and proven relationship building skills
- Organized and self-motivated in achieving sales goals
