We are currently looking for a caregiver to fill day shifts with an elderly woman who is living with dementia. She needs personal care and companionship-assist her with bathing, dressing and grooming, go on a walk, and take her to do errands and appointments.

Essential Functions

• Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
• Personal grooming and hygiene
• Mobility
• Bathing
• Nutrition and feeding
• Toileting
• Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions.
• Performs homemaking activities which include (but are not limited to): Housekeeping, laundry, shopping, errands and transportation.
