Female Client 9am-1pm 7days a week. 

The client is bed bound. The caregiver duties include promoting hygiene care, rotating every 2 hours and light housekeeping.

You can assist the client in many ways; Including, but not limited to, assistance with medication reminders, prescribed range of motion exercises, dementia care, and activities such as reading, music, puzzles, games, etc.

Right at Home, an award-winning and exceptionally busy in-home care assistance agency, is looking for Personal Care Assistants to join our fantastic team. Primary Caregiver Duties:

·Maintaining a clean and safe environment within the client’s home. This may include but is not limited to light cleaning and straightening the main living areas of the home, washing client's dishes or laundry, and other tasks to maintain a clean environment.

·Performing all personal care activities contained in the written plan of care may include assisting with personal hygiene, ambulation, exercise, eating, dressing, shaving, physical transfers, and other duties.

·Abide by the agency's infection control policy which includes proper handwashing.

·Other specific caregiver activities are determined per client, these may include:

oMobility assistance with walkers, wheelchairs, Hoyer lift and gait belt.

oAssisting with cleaning colostomy bag, ileostomy bag, urostomy bag or feeding tubes.

oAssisting a client by checking their vitals.

oMonitor for change in condition such as behavior, cloudy urine, black stool and skin breakdown.

oAssisting bed bound clients by repositioning them every 4 hrs. Changing bed linens regularly to prevent pressure sores.

oAssist in cleaning bed bound clients immediately if they are incontinent to prevent skin breakdown.

Must Haves!

·Be 18 years of age.

·Be a high school graduate or G.E.D. certification preferred.

·Have the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.

·Must be able to pass a criminal background check.

·Must possess a valid Driver’s License and have use of an insured automobile or access to adequate transportation for the job.
