RN Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Administer medication; monitor medication doses and patient response
• Provide emotional support to patients and patients’ families; listen to concerns and feedback
• Report any unusual or drastic changes in patient behavior or symptoms
• Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data
• Weekly in-home visit to clients
• Employee Trainings
• CPR classes - will pay for the right candidate to become an instructor
• CQL Accreditation
• Rotating on call duties

Requirements:

• Currently license in ND and MN in good standing.
• Meets the health requirements for employees providing direct patient care.
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job.
• Have a valid driver's license and an insured automobile.
