What You’ll Do and Who You Are :
As a Home Health Aide (HHA) and / or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), we are looking for someone who :
- Is honest, likable, energetic, and approachable.
- Can get along and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Possesses good listening skills, great decision-making abilities, and a passion for customer service.
- Makes a great first impression as a professional and kind individual.
- Doesn’t mind getting their hands dirty with light housekeeping and can prepare a good meal.
- We will provide all the necessary training you need to succeed in the role!
Must Haves :
Preferred six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and / or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities).
Preferred successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide (HHA) and / or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.
Must have a compassionate demeanor.
Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work.
