Job Description :

As an In-Home Care Professional, you will provide a range of services to our clients, including personal care, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and assistance with daily living activities.

You will play a critical role in enhancing our clients' quality of life, promoting their independence, and offering the support they need to live safely at home.

Responsibilities :

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Prepare meals and assist with dietary needs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as laundry, vacuuming, and tidying up.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities that enrich their lives.
• Administer medication reminders and assist with mobility and exercises.
• Monitor changes in clients' health and report any concerns to the Care Manager.
• Assist with transportation to appointments and errands as needed.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in home care, caregiving, or in a similar role preferred.
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
