Job Summary

We are currently seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled In-Home Care Professional to join our team on a part-time basis, from 9 AM to 1 PM, Monday through Friday.

This position is perfect for those who have a passion for caregiving and are looking to make a significant impact on the lives of others during these hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming.
• Prepare healthy meals and assist with feeding, if necessary.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to keep the client’s environment clean and orderly.
• Provide companionship, including engaging in conversations, reading, and participating in hobbies or recreational activities.
• Accompany clients to doctor’s appointments or on short errands.
• Observe the client's condition and report any significant changes to the care management team.
• Ensure client's safety and comfort at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a caregiver or completion of a certified training program (e.g., CNA, HHA).
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Compassion and patience in working with elderly or disabled clients.
• Ability to follow a specified care plan.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
