We are seeking a compassionate and reliable In-Home Caregiver to join our team in So Sioux City, IA. This role is ideal for someone who is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes.

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will assist clients with their daily activities, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Aid with meal preparation and ensure dietary requirements are met.
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, cleaning, and maintaining an organized living environment.
• Assist with medication management and remind clients to take their medications.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, or needs to the appropriate professionals.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role is preferred but not required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful towards clients and their needs.
• Ability to perform physical tasks required for caregiving.
• Must pass a background check.
