We are looking for the best Home Health Aids in Marble Falls, TX, willing to work at a healthy and happy environment, with a competitive pay and to start working as soon as possible.

Schedule: Part time (Flexible schedules)

Base pay: $13 - $15.00 an hour

Home Health Aid MUST HAVE A STRONG WORK ETHICS, AND A CAN-DO ATTITUDE!

A Home Health Aid Essential Functions:

- Provide personal assistance and/or health-related services to patients/clients in their place of residence.
- Provide a safe, clean and comfortable environment.
- Work cooperatively with the patient/client and family.
- Report observations and problems to the Supervisor.

A Home Health Aid duties:
- Provide companionship to client.
- Provide preparation of meals.
- Light housekeeping.
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming.
- Provide transportation. (Valid DL required)
- Promote positive, supportive, respectful communication to patient/family and other employees.
- Provide an environment which promotes respect for patient, privacy and property.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills.
- Report unsafe conditions and problems to agency management.
- Demonstrate commitment, professional growth and competency through attending required in-services.
