Job Description:

We are seeking a Dayshift Lead Caregiver to join our team in Louisville, KY. The ideal candidate will have a wide skillset capable of covering any open shifts and will lead by example, holding themselves to the highest standard. As a Dayshift Lead Caregiver, you will assist clients with transfers and mobility, transport clients in your own vehicle to doctor visits, errands, outings, etc. You will also perform housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry and cleaning the bathroom. Additionally, you will prepare meals and snacks according to instructions, assist with bathing/showering/dressing/shaving, and provide medication reminders.

The Dayshift Lead Caregiver will be responsible for ensuring that all clients receive the highest level of care and attention. You will be expected to lead by example and hold yourself to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring other caregivers on the team when needed.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others. You must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently. You must also have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
