We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Home Care Assistants with CNA certification to join our team Right at Home, In-Home Care & Assistance. As a Home Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing daily support and assistance to our clients who reside in their homes.
Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with their activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs under the direction of a healthcare professional.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding, as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in clients' health, behavior, and mood to the healthcare team.
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry services.
• Providing hospice supportive care
Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living. 
Performs patient-specific activities that are taught by a Right at Home nurse. 
Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments
Ambulation/Transfers
Assisting with the prescribed range of motion exercises
Assisting with blood glucose monitoring
Care of bed-bound patients
Incontinence care
Preferred Experience in:
Hoyer lift
Personal care
Range of Motion Exercises
Foley care
Companionship
Light cleaning
Requirements:
• Must possess a current CNA certification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
• Clean criminal background check and negative TB test results.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
