We have immediate part time and full time caregiver/HHA positions available
Expected Hours: 20-40 hours per week
Shift Needs:
- Days and Evenings
- Weekdays
- Weekends

Responsibilities and Duties:
Performs personal care activities that assist the patient with activities of daily living which include (but are not limited to):
- Personal hygiene (assisting to bathroom or in using a bedpan, bathing, care of mouth, shaving, skin, and hair)
- Ambulation/Transfers
- Eating
- Dressing/Shaving
- Prepares meals and snacks according to instructions
Accompany patient on errands or medical appointments Performs housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to):
- Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors
- Doing dishes
- Changing bed linens, doing laundry
- Cleaning bathroom
- Assist the client with problem solving and supportive activities (which could include but are not limited to):
- Medication reminders
- Encouraging exercises
- Cooking meals
- Understanding dementia care
- Companionship
Qualifications and Skills:
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
- Must be 18 years of age
- Possess a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance
- Must have a current CPR certificate
- Eligible status on Level II Fingerprint background in Health Care
- One year of experience is preferred as a Caregiver/Home Health Aide in healthcare (in homes or facilities).
- The ability to pass a personal care written and competency exam
