Job Summary: As we start to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Office Administrator and Client Care Coordinator to be the backbone of our day-to-day operations. As the first hire in this role, you will work closely with the business owner and wear multiple hats, contributing not just to office management but also to marketing, sales, and strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, thrives on making a difference, and is ready to step into a dynamic and fulfilling career that includes future leadership opportunities.
Core Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure each client receives the care they need when they need it.
Maintain meticulous client and caregiver records, upholding the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and caregivers, addressing concerns and providing solutions with empathy and efficiency.
Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for caregivers, ensuring a perfect match between caregivers' skills and clients' needs.
Contribute to marketing and sales efforts, enhancing our reach and impact within the community.
Engage in strategic planning and initiatives that support the growth and development of the office.
Handle out-of-office duties as needed, including local travel to engage with clients and caregivers in their environments.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED; further education in a related field is preferred.
At least two years of experience in home care or a related healthcare setting.
High proficiency with office software and adeptness at learning new systems.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, ready to proactively tackle challenges.

Working Environment:

This role requires being onsite at our office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Local travel to meet with clients or caregivers as needed.
You will also be expected to manage on-call shifts during some weekends to ensure continuous support and responsiveness to our clients’ and caregivers' needs.
