Shift Type : Part-time and Full-Time (Day, Weekend, Evenings, Overnights available)

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY-TO-DAY :

You don’t mind getting a little dirty this could include ( but is not limited to ) assisting the patient with activities of daily living such as providing assistance with personal hygiene ( toileting, bathing, care of mouth, skin and hair ), ambulation, eating, dressing, shaving, light housekeeping, and other household chores.

You don’t have to be a gourmet chef but you can prepare a good meal and work your way around a kitchen.

OUR BEST TEAM MEMBERS ARE :

  • High school degree or G.E.D. certificate
  • Six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and / or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (homes or facilites) and successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide, Home Health Aide (HHA), or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.
  • Meets the requirements for employees providing direct patient care
  • Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
  • Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work or access to adequate transportation
  • The Home Health Aide shall have successfully completed a Competency Evaluation that meets the state licensing laws for home health agencies.
  • Reliable transportation
  • A current CPR certificate is recommended
