What You’ll Do and Who You Are: 

• As a Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA), we are looking for someone who is honest, likable, energetic, and approachable.
• You should be able to get along and communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• We also value good listening skills, great decision-making abilities, and a passion for customer service.
• You take pride in your work, are resourceful, accountable, and take initiative.

• Additionally, you don’t mind getting your hands dirty with light housekeeping and can prepare a good meal.

We will provide all the necessary training you need to succeed in the role!

Must Haves:

• High school degree and/or a G.E.D. certificate 
• Preferred six months experience as a Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) in health care (in homes or facilities)
• Preferred successful completion of a State approved Nurse Aide or Home Health Aide (HHA) and/or Personal Care Assistant (PCA) course.
• Must have a sympathetic attitude
• A current CPR Certificate is recommended
• Meets the requirements for employees providing direct client care
• Read, write, speak, and understand English as needed for the job
• Have a valid driver’s license and use an insured automobile for work
