We are looking for competent Home Health Aides or Personal Care Aides to fill openings all over the Capital Region. The ideal candidate will possess experience as HHA/PCA in a home care setting. Experience in caring for dementia clients will make you a strong candidate for the PCA/HHA postition.

Requirements of the HHA/PCA

• High School diploma or equivalent
• HHA or PCA Certification
• Valid Driver's License 
• Have Compassion, Reliability, Trustworthiness, and Honesty

Responsibilities of HHA/PCA

• Provide Personal Care Activities: personal hygiene, showering, dressing, meal preparation, ambulation (ADLs) support for patients.
• Prepares supportive conversation and activities for elderly patients based upon a nursing care plan. 
• Provide companionship for clients including accompanying them on walks, social trips, assistance with hobbies and errands.
• Be a valuable member of the care team to support the client in their home.
