As the Vendor Registration Specialist, your primary focus is on managing all customer inquiries related to company information, with a particular emphasis on safety practice inquiries. This responsibility is crucial for facilitating the successful completion of sales order processing and addressing customer equipment service requests.

Responsibilities:

• Compile company registration information about safety practices based on customer inquiries and establish an organized database for efficient information storage.
• Train colleagues on how to locate the information, using the information database, necessary to process new or existing client registration requests promptly and accurately.
• Document processes for information maintenance and database utilization.
• Monitor emails regularly for new clients and renewal registrations.
• Maintain awareness of any new requirements by customers.
• Other duties requested.

Qualifications

Education and Expertise:

• High school or equivalent
• 6 months to a year completion of vendor or business questionnaire response experience
• Strong project management ability
