RIG Consulting, Inc. (RIG) is seeking a CAD Technician to support our client located in Pittsburgh, PA (Northshore) area.

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

• Daily processing of survey data, including evaluating accuracy and sufficiency and ensuring compliance to applicable regulation and professional and industry standards related to boundary calculations, legal descriptions, etc.
• Performs deeds research, deed plotting and map checks.
• Prepare survey plats and drawings, legal descriptions, and alignments drawings.
• Provide technical office support.
• Perform quality control checks of plats and drawings.
• Ensure schedules and productivity objectives set up by supervisor for preparation of survey plats and drawings are achieved.

Preferred Experience, Skills, & Knowledge:

• Minimum of one (1) year related survey experience
• Excellent computer and technical skills, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation.
• PennDOT experience a plus.
• Strong listening, writing and verbal skills.
• Proven work history, strong work ethic and team-player attitude.
• Valid Driver’s License

Workweek & Benefits:
