About us
At Rifle Freight, Inc., we operate a 36,000 square foot warehouse and manage a fleet of vehicles to handle a wide range of freight services. Our services include pickup and delivery, devanning, transloading, short and long-term storage, labeling, packing, palletizing, custom crating, and inventory reporting. We also provide specialized services such as automobile bracing and online inventory management.
We work closely with our sister companies, Richard G. Fleischer Customs Brokers and Fleischer Freight Services, to streamline logistics and supply chain processes for our clients. This collaboration allows us to provide a seamless experience from customs clearance to final delivery.
Our mission is to offer a family-oriented perspective while ensuring operational efficiency and top-notch customer service. We aim to meet the logistical needs of our clients by leveraging our extensive industry knowledge and dedicated workforce.
Responsibilities
o Conduct order pulling, forklift operations, and general warehouse maintenance.
o Assist in truck loading/unloading and ensure proper palletizing and shrink wrapping.
o Support warehouse lead and Management in daily operations and adhere to safety protocols.
o Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse.
o Receive and inspect incoming shipments for damages, defects, or discrepancies.
o Inventory Control
Requirements
o Experience in warehouse operations.
o Knowledge of forklift operations and safety practices. Certified Forklift Driver.
o Strong teamwork and communication skills.
o Ability to follow instructions and support overall warehouse objectives.
o Basic Math Skills
o Efficiently reads and writes English
o Understand the necessity and importance of inventory management and control
