Overview Tecolote Research is seeking a Senior Procurement/Pre-Award Analyst to assist with a DHS Component's pre-award activities. The analyst will assist the Government with the pre-award functions associated with awarding new contracts, task orders, agreements, and financial transfers, including procurement planning, advising, and assisting the government regarding contract or task order issues involving scope and compliance. The contractor shall assist the Government in providing direct acquisition and procurement support to assist in developing and executing acquisition strategies and developing acquisition documents. * Ability to perform duties independently * US citizenship required * Ability to obtain an active Secret Clearance and DHS Suitability Education Bachelor's degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
