ARE YOU THE 2ND SHIFT MACHINE OPERATOR WE'RE LOOKING FOR?

To excel as a 2nd Shift Machine Operator at RIE Coatings LLC, there are a few key skills and physical requirements that will set you up for success. First and foremost, you'll need to have a knack for operating machinery and a keen eye for detail. We'll provide the training, but a basic understanding of machine operation is a definite plus. Familiarity with computer systems will come in handy as you track and document production progress.

As for the physical demands, this position requires lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying up to 50 pounds regularly. You should have a full range of motion, as bending, lifting, reaching, grabbing, and twisting will be part of your daily routine. Don't forget, you'll need to be on your feet for long periods of time, so comfortable safety footwear is a must.
