Sign-on Bonus: $1,500.00 for Full Time
Scheduled work hours: Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm
The Outpatient Chemical Dependency Counselor is responsible for providing direct patient care, in compliance with The Joint Commission and CMS standards of care and for patients under circumstances of chemical dependency, substance abuse or addictions.
Your Experience Matters What we’re looking for:
Education: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work or related field preferred; Master’s Degree preferred.
Experience: Experience and expertise in dual diagnosis, 12-step programs and substance abuse CPR/First Aid and CPI Training
Additional Requirements: CPR/First Aid and CPI Training. May be required to work flexible hours and overtime.

Compensation:
This is a Full Time role and the expected compensation range is $42,000.00 to $54,000.00 annually, plus sign-on bonus of $1500.00. We’re eager to engage with all qualified candidates, and consideration will be provided to experience and skill level. Join us as our Chemical Dependency Counselor!
