**Job Overview:** We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating events to ensure they run smoothly and successfully. **Duties:** - Plan and execute various types of events such as conferences, weddings, corporate events, and parties - Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and preferences - Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers to secure services within budget - Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure all details are understood and executed correctly - Oversee event setup, including decorations, seating arrangements, and audiovisual equipment - Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met - Implement event marketing strategies to attract attendees and promote events effectively **Skills:** - Experience in event planning, preferably in a restaurant, hotel, or banquet setting - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in events management software for organizing and tracking event details - Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors while maintaining positive relationships - Excellent communication skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively - Knowledge of event marketing techniques to drive attendance and engagement If you have a passion for creating memorable experiences and possess the skills required for this role, we invite you to apply for the position of Event Manager with us.
