My excellent current dental associate is leaving in July and I need to replace him with someone who also feels doing excellent dentistry is a passion and caring for patients as you would family is a priority. My dental office has four operatories-two for hygiene and two for dentistry. I have a great dental staff! We work Monday-Thursday seeing patients 7:30am-4:30pm. We usually get a lunch from 12:30pm-1:30pm as long as appointments run on schedule. I will be there as much initially as needed to help mentor to do beautiful work efficiently. All my individual crowns and veneers are done using the CEREC E-Max blocks (We have two milling machines and two Omni cam scanners). We use Bioclear matrixes and U-veneer tools to create beautiful anterior fillings and only use composite for posterior restorations. We have intra-oral cameras, digital x-rays and a diode laser. We do some lab work on site (denture repairs, relines, bleaching trays, retainers and nightguards). We have more seniors than children except that we do lip tie/tongue tie laser treatment on babies. After training, I will be in the office working along side one week per month since my current residence is in Prescott, AZ.

Ridgecrest has a Super Walmart, Home Depot, three additional grocery stores and quite a few restaurants. The population has a draw of about 30,000 which equates to 2,500/general dentist. It typically takes about 5 minutes to drive to get from most homes to our dental office. Ridgecrest is 1.5 hours from Lancaster, Victorville, Barstow, two hours from Death Valley, three hours from the beach, LA, Disney Land and four hours from San Diego and Las Vegas. Ridgecrest is surrounded by great trails for off road vehicles and horses and near the beginning of the Sierra Mountains where hiking, fishing, mountain biking, skiing and camping are reached easily. It has affordable housing and is a great town to raise kids.

Located two hours north of Loma Linda and three hours south of Mammoth Mountain in the high desert, Ridgecrest is home to China Lake Naval Weapons Center where the Navy designs, tests and evaluates weapon systems. The base has many civilian good paying jobs like engineers, physicists, chemists and support staff. Our office is signed up with Delta Dental Insurance only so most patients pay our going rate. Because of this, my compensation package is guarantee $1,000/day with bonus of 30% over $3,300.00 on all dentistry produced. No compensation for exams and x-rays in hygiene since that is how you find dentistry to do. The lab cost of bridges, dentures and Clear Correct trays are also taken off the bonus. As a new grad starting July 2022 our current associate dentist has made this last year 2023 about $200,000. I am offering a $30,000.00 sign on bonus for a three year commitment if hired directly or $25,000.00 if hired through the Christian Medical and Dental Association. If the Associate needs to leave before two years compleated-2/3 returned, if before three years completed-1/3 returned. I am praying for the right person for the job.
