Responsibilities of a Concierge / Receptionist :
Greet visitors seeking information about the property. Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the property and / or who are in the building for meetings with administrative personnel.
Direct visitors to appropriate office or resident apartment.
Responsible for ensuring that residents, team members, family members, visitors and vendor follow all community communicable disease protocols.
This includes ensuring the recording of all temperatures taken.
