Riderwood Village is looking for a Health Care Sales Associate to join our team!
The Health Care Sales Associateserves as the customer point of contact in the Continuing Care Sales Office handling customer inquiries and supporting the movement of the customer through the sales process to admission. Oversees all resident move-ins, move-outs, and transfers within Continuing Care, functioning as a liaison between community departments and residents. This position interfaces with residents, family members, department managers, nursing staff, resident services, outside callers, social workers, accounting, medical staff, sales, and external networking professionals.
How you will make an impact:
Responds to customer inquiries (phone and walk-in), answering questions about the community, priority list, reservation process and admissions process. Determines customer needs, assists in appointment with the Health Care Sales Director, and conducts sales appointments and tours
Manages all activities related to move-ins, move-outs, and transfers within Continuing Care (Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care, Assisted Living, and Memory Care). Coordinates details relevant to these processes with other community departments
Verifies financial information for official documentation and assists customers in application process
Coordinates with General Services staff on room refurbishing, room keys, and work order process
Executes apartment releases and move-in advice forms for all residents. Notifies departments of vacated units
Oversees daily census distribution process
Serves as a representative for Continuing Care Sales when interfacing with hospital staff, physicians, and other professional referral sources

Compensation: $29.00 -$33.00 per hour, based on experience

What you will need:
High school diploma or GED required
Health Care Sales or Senior Living Sales Experience preferred (1 year) required
Previous sales experience (1 year) required
Administrative office experience (1 year) required
