Dallas Harley-Davidson, a subsidiary of RumbleOn, is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk to join our team!

This position will focus on preparing and processing registration and titles for Motorcycles, ATVs, and watercraft. Comprehensive knowledge of national DMV requirements and stipulations is desired. The ideal candidate must be able to process high-volume transactions in a fun but fast-paced environment, all while maintaining compliance with our policies and delighting our customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process on-road, off-road, and watercraft vehicle titling and registration (including out-of-state).

Reassign incoming titles from trades-ins and outright vehicle purchases

Process lien payoffs and outright purchase checks

Notify customers when license plates are available with an option to pick up or mail out

Resolve titling issues through interaction with customers, dealers, and regulatory agencies

Follow-up with different lending institutions on the release of ELT and physical titles.

Verify the accuracy of completed forms

Ensure appropriate inspections are requested from third parties

Perform other duties as assigned by management
