Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily accounting functions and procedures for the dealership.
• Work closely with the Regional Controller and the General Manager to maintain and review schedules and financials.
• Assist in month-end close procedures.
• Complete daily cash reconciliation and balance bank transactions.
• Sales deal finalization and title processing.
• AP/AR Management.
• Reconcile monthly statements.
• Verify and enter major unit inventory as received.
• Maintain and order dealership supplies.
