JOB SUMMARY

Inspects and tests Powersportsvehicles and equipment to determine need for and cost of repairs by performingthe appropriate duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to greetcustomers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Have the ability anddesire to sell the departments services.
• Excellent customerservice skills and ability to communicate with a diverse client base.
• Strong written,verbal, and telephone skills.
• Ability to keepcurrent on manufacturers bulletins, recalls and documents and forwards toservice department employees.
• Ability to meetdeadlines and complete daily paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
• Responsible forscheduling all service work.
• Any other specificduties deemed necessary for the overall success of the department anddealership as a whole.
• Maintain a positiveworking relationship with all other employees.
• While performing theduties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, andsit. The employee may frequently move up to 100 pounds.

REQUIREMENTS ANDSKILLS

• Computer literate.
• Able to answerincoming phone lines for service.
• Basic mechanicalunderstanding.
• Familiarity of productlines sold in dealership
• Excellent customerservice skills.
• Solid communicationskills.
• Previous motorcycle orautomobile experience preferred.
