RIDE LLC. is currently seeking applicants for full-time and part-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions, who have friendly personalities and the patience needed to accommodate developmentally disabled individuals. Current shifts available:
- Location: Westerville, OH. Shift: Monday AND Thursday 3 PM - 7:30 PM, Saturday AND Sunday 11 AM - 6 PM.
- Location: Lewis Center, OH. Shift: Monday - Friday 7 AM - 2 PM.
- Location: Reynoldsburg, OH. Shift: Sunday 9 AM - 5 PM. (Medication Administration Certification Required.)
- Location: Westerville, OH. Shift: Monday/Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 3 PM - 9 PM, AND Wednesday 8 AM - 9 PM.

Requirements:
- Must be able to work with clients who may have pets (dog and/or cat).
- First aid and CPR certified applicants are preferred.
- Medication Administration Certification preferred.
- RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION IS REQUIRED FOR ALL APPLICANTS.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with co-workers, clients, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the general public.
- A great outlook and cheerful disposition are a must as well.
- Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Must be able to enroll in Ohio attorney general’s retained applicant fingerprint database after the hiring process is complete (“RapBack”).
- Must at least hold a high school diploma or GED certificate.
- Be able to read, write, and understand English fluently.
