The Director of Brand and Marketing will be a crucial part of our leadership team, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and execution of Aventon's brand and marketing initiatives. This role will lead both the brand and digital marketing teams, ensuring our message resonates with our target audience and aligns with our business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive brand and marketing strategies to support Aventon’s business objectives.
• Lead, inspire, and manage the brand and digital marketing teams to achieve superior performance.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing materials and campaigns.
• Monitor market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
• Analyze and interpret customer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Sales teams to align on product positioning and promotional strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
• Cultivate relationships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
• Represent Aventon at industry events and contribute to the broader strategic discussions about market trends and opportunities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in partnership management, event management, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Experience in managing budgets and measuring event success.
• Proactive and able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment.

• A strategic thinker with a creative mind.
• An avid enthusiast for cycling or outdoor action sports.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable plans.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various teams and stakeholders.
