Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Sales Manager/Assistant General Manager for the K Bar S Lodge, LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts while also providing support to the General Manager in overseeing the overall operations of the lodge. This position requires exceptional leadership skills, a strong sales acumen, and a passion for delivering unparalleled guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
  • Solicit new accounts through outside sales calls.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive sales strategies.
• Operations Support:
  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily lodge operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, quality assurance guidelines, and local regulations to uphold the reputation and integrity of the lodge.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize operational efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support business decision-making and achieve financial objectives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Proven track record of success in sales management within the hospitality industry, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and industry trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in sales or hospitality management (e.g., Certified Hotel Administrator, Certified Hospitality Sales Professional) is a plus.
